Craig Engstrom, Ph.D., APTD
Craig Engstrom is a Certified Talent Development Professional, Association for Talent Development
He is an experienced public speaking coach and business communication trainer. He's published books on these topics, presented research at national and international conferences, and regularly publishes research in a variety of publication. He teaches advanced and graduate-level courses in training and development, consulting, and public speaking. He is a co-founder of the Communication Career Council at SIUC and works collaborative with LinkedIn Corporation (he is a platform expert).

Bolton Morales, M.A.
Bolton Morales is a second-year PhD Communication Studies student at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale studying Intercultural/Relational Communication and Training & Development. Bolton comes to SIUC from Angelo State University. While At ASU, Bolton earned a bachelor’s degree in English/Communication and a masters degree in Communication Studies.  Bolton has a passion for all aspects of campus life and community service, and he plans to continue those commitments as a proud Saluki. He credits his commitment and passion for service to Extreme Youth Leadership, an organization with which he’s been able to grow and volunteer with for the last ten years.
