Julie and D'Anthony are PR and marketing professionals who are also co-founders of the National Millennial Community, a national organization that develops young diverse leaders, and Counterpropaganda, an arts collective. About D'Anthony
D’Anthony is a digital and influencer strategist at MSLGROUP New York with prior experience from Edelman, BCW Global, and Weber Shandwick.
He specializes in digital engagement strategies, content development, paid advertising, and influencer marketing. He has led digital and influencer initiatives across a variety of lifestyle, consumer, health, and wellness brands (Smuckers, Electrolux, Banana Boat Sunscreen, Pronamel Toothepaste, AUVI-Q, Regeneron, Sanofi, Enfamil, Novartis, etc.). Campaigns include “Look to Your Future” featuring retinal physicians and lifestyle influencers, “Get Real About Diabetes” featuring celebrity spokesperson and Black-ish star Anthony Anderson, celebrity campaign with Nascar driver Elliott Sadler, Enfamil Awareness campaign with celebrity spokesperson and former American gymnast Shawn Johnson East.
D’Anthony has spoken on a variety of professional panels on subjects including digital/social media, influencer marketing, millennials in the workplace, and diversity and inclusion. He is also the author of his first book 20FOUR, co-founder of the National Millennial Community – a community of millennials brought together to change the conversation about the millennial generation, and a semi lifestyle + travel blogger at danthonyjackson.com during his personal time.
D’Anthony understands the importance of brands and businesses having a strong and positive online presence and has spent much of his college and professional career helping brands do just that. Before beginning his career in PR, he spent time pursuing his master’s degree, interning at Weber Shandwick, DIME Entertainment Magazine, and leading a student-run public relations agency, The Agency at Southern Miss. That year, D’Anthony and The Agency team wrote the blueprint to the newly released annual magazine, THE PURSUIT.
D’Anthony received is a graduate of the University of West Alabama with his B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications where he served as SGA President. He received his M.S. in Public Relations from the University of Southern Mississippi where he served as General Manager of The Agency, a student-run Public Relations Agency.

In her time as a strategist, she has worked on a the brand and business strategy of a variety of different brands – from luxury brands like LVMH, mass brands like CoverGirl and Amazon, and non-profits like the YMCA. She specializes in identifying why and how a brand or organization should show up in the world, and doing it in a way that consumers genuinely want to engage with. She has shared people-centric strategic approach in a variety of talks, including most recently on how to hack the “Unhackable GenZ.”
Outside of her work, she works on organizations that focus on reclaiming the narrative and building community. She is the co-founder of the National Millennial Community, constituted of millennials aiming to change the conversation about their generation, and Counterpropaganda, a media laboratory made of aspiring changemakers that want to reinvent activism for our generation.
Julie is originally from the Netherlands and raised in Spain. She received a degree from Brandeis University in Business and International and Global Studies.
